	All prices include breakfast. This price is to be paid directly to the hotel before departure.

	The conference fee is 125 Euro if you pay before 1st Feb 2000 and 160 Euro if you pay after 1st Feb 2000. The conference fee includes get-together party thursday 6th April, lunches and coffee breaks on Friday 7th april and Saturday 8th april and farewell party Saturday 8th April and any excursions and documentation. The only meal not included in the conference fee is dinner Friday 8th april when participants are free to roam Haugesund. We will give you recommendations on where to dine on the Saturday. An invoice for the conference fee will be sent you by mail. Payment of the conference fee is confirmation of your participation at the conference. And no accomodation will be confirmed before this payment has been registered.
