| The conference fee is 150 Euro if you pay before 1st March 2000 and 180 Euro if you pay after 1st March 2000. Presenters pay 80 Euro. The conference fee includes welcome meal Friday 19th May, lunches and coffee breaks on Saturday 20th May and Sunday 21st May and 3-course farewell dinner Sunday 21st May. The only meal not covered is dinner on Saturday 20th May when you are free to roam the city of Haugesund. We will give you recommendations on where to dine for the Saturday. An invoice for the conference fee will be sent you by mail. Payment of the conference fee is confirmation of your participation at the conference. And no accomodation will be confirmed before this payment has been registered. |
