The conference fee includes get-together party thursday 6th April, lunches and coffee breaks on Friday 7th april and Saturday 8th april and farewell party Saturday 8th April and any excursions and documentation.
The only meal
not
included in the conference fee is dinner Friday 8th april when participants are free to roam Haugesund. We will give you recommendations on where to dine on the Saturday.
An invoice for the conference fee will be sent you by mail.
Payment of the conference fee is confirmation of your participation at the conference. And no accomodation will be confirmed before this payment has been registered.
